Hello,
Since this forum is devoted to small business owners I wanted to start a thread on being an entrepreneur.
Most business experts agree motivation is the most important core ingredient to drive starting a new company. Of course there are a million other important parts to being an entrepreneur but they all start with motivation.
Whenever I feel down or need a boost I always look to the history of entrepreneurs. Knowing others have gone down the same road and struggled like I have really raises the energy level and gets you excited.
Here's a great site for reading about entrepreneurs. There's a list of 200 entrepreneurs and you can read all their stories:

Another great area on this site is the list of videos. It's really hard to find good videos about the struggles and lessons behind the history of entrepreneurship. This is the best list I have ever seen:
