I just created a website on Circlepad and paid to upgrade for 6 months. I have owned GroceryScoop.com for years and had it hosted with GoDaddy. This summer I transferred the domain to another registrar...but things didn't work out so I moved it back to GoDaddy on January 15.
Now I'm trying to use my Circlepad site for GroceryScoop.com...but it's getting denied because it hasn't been with GoDaddy for 60 days (even though it really has been with them for years). Is there a way to remove the Circlepad ads so I can just forward and mask GroceryScoop.com to my Circlepad website (which is currently at www.Circlepad.com/GroceryScoop1
I don't understand why the domain has to be transferred to Circlepad when the upgrade is made. Why can't forwarding and masking be used. Wix.com is a similar flash program and they do it that way. It works well and is very easy. I'd appreciate any help. If I can't get this to work I'd like to cancel my 6 month upgrade. Thanks!
